"The Appellant above-named most respectfully submits as follows:

That the present Commercial Appeal was filed under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, read with Section 13(1-A) of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015, challenging the order dated 30.10.2024 passed in Com.AA.No.139/2024 by the learned LXXXIII Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Commercial Court, Bengaluru (CCH-84).

2. That during the pendency of the above appeal, the Appellant and the Respondent have amicably settled the dispute outside the Court, and nothing further survives for adjudication in the present appeal.

3. In view of the above, the Appellant does not wish to prosecute the present appeal and seeks permission of this Hon'ble Court to withdraw the same.
