The learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks further time to comply with the office objections, which include non -payment of court fee.

On 10.10.2025, we had given a final opportunity to the appellant to clear the office objections within a period of two weeks. However, the same has not been cleared as yet.

Notwithstanding the same, we grant the appellant yet another opportunity to do so. If all the office objections are not cleared within a period of two weeks from date, the present appeal shall stand dismissed without any further orders.
