Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.

This petition is filed under Sections 11(5) and 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, praying to appoint sole arbitrator and to refer the disputes between the parties to arbitration, in terms of clause 17 of the Partnership Deed dated 28.01.2015 (Annexure-A).

Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties and perusal of the petition papers would indicate that the dispute between the parties requires to be adjudicated as per Clause 17 of the Partnership Deed dated 28.01.2015 produced at Annexure-A to the petition. Accordingly, Shri. Kukkaje Ramakrishna Bhat, retired District Judge is hereby appointed as the sole Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties.

The Registry is directed to communicate this order to the Arbitration and Conciliation Centre, Bengaluru and also to Shri. Kukkaje Ramakrishna Bhat, retired District Judge, forthwith.
