Having taken note of the submission made by learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the dispute between the parties, I am of the view that the Former Judge of this Hon'ble Court be appointed as Arbitrator to resolve the dispute.

Therefore, Hon'ble Mr. Justice A.V. Chandrashekar, Former Judge of this Court is appointed as Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties in the Arbitration and Conciliation Centre (Domestic and International), Bengaluru. In order to avoid further delay in the matter, parties are directed to appear before the Arbitration and Conciliation
