When the contempt petition came up for consideration today,

learned Additional Government Advocate produced on record communication dated 17.03.2025 addressed by the Special Land Acquisition Officer to the office of learned Advocate General which is in vernacular, which was however explained to the court, in which it is stated that the amount of Rs.44,85,125/- is already processed to be credited in the account of the complainant which is towards the compensation as directed by learned Single Judge. The actual credit is a matter of time, it was stated.
