The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 18.03.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.1482/2020 (GM-RES).

An affidavit has been filed on behalf of accused No.1 stating that the delay in implementation of the order is not willful and the directions to grant Credit Linked Capital Subsidy Scheme (CLCSS) subsidy to the complainant could not be processed as the CLCSS has been discontinued beyond March 2020. However, a sanction order dated 01.10.2025 has been passed by the MSME for release of the subsidy in compliance of the order dated 18.03.2025 and a proposal has been made for advance of the amount from the contingency fund.
