This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience

of the order dated 06.02.2024, passed in W.P. No.15148/2020, wherein the learned Single Judge has directed the respondents in the writ proceedings to collect the revenue and to cancel the forfeiture ('¥ÀqÀ') by removing the same from the revenue records.

Learned Additional Government Advocate has filed compliance memo along with the order of the Deputy Commissioner dated 02.11.2025, which indicates that the Deputy Commissioner has passed an order to remove the forfeiture ('¥ÀqÀ') from the revenue records.

Learned Additional Government Advocate on instruction from accused No.2- Smt. Rashmi, Tahsildar, Kunigal Taluk, who is present before the Court submits that pursuant to the directions of the Deputy Commissioner, name of the complainant will be restored in the RTC, within a period of two weeks.
