This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience

of the order dated 29.07.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.6954/2022 (GM-RES).

Pursuant to the order dated 04.12.2025, the then Principal Secretary to Government, Department of Health and Family Welfare Department Sri.Anil Kumar T.K., has appeared through video conferencing and submits that by inadvertence the translated copy of the order was produced and the original order was not produced along with the affidavit.

His oral submission is accepted.

Learned Additional Government Advocate appearing

for the State submits that the impugned order of the learned Single Judge is complied and an affidavit to that effect is filed.

We have perused the order dated 29.07.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.6954/2022 (GMRES), wherein the learned Single Judge of this Court has
