This Contempt of Court case is filed alleging the willful disobedience of the order dated 01.12.2022 passed in WP No.8402/2022(LA-KIADB).

The operative portion of the order reads as under:

5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the concerned respondents are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider her letters/representations dated 20.02.2018, 11.04.2018, 11.05.2021 and 02.11.2021 at Annexures-H, L, M and P, respectively and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The respondent/accused has filed the compliance affidavits dated 30.06.2023, 18.10.2025 and 24.11.2025. The affidavit dated 24.11.2025 indicate that the land alleged to have been granted in favour of the complainant is not genuine and considering the same, the order dated 14.11.2025 is passed which is Annexure-R-13.
