Mr.Arjun J.S. learned counsel appearing for the complainantspetitioners has filed a memo today in the Court, which reads as under:

“1. That the present contempt petition was filed alleging willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Hon'ble Court in the WP.No.2127/2025. Subsequently, the PreUniversity Education Board issued Order No.DPUE-EST30MC(OTH)/7/2024-R and G/1471328 dated 01.04.2025 canceling the institution's licence on the ground that there had been no admissions for the past three academic years. However, the institution had no admissions only for two academic years.

2. In view of the issuance of the said cancellation order and the fact that the petitioner has filed W.P. No. 12131/2025 challenging the same and has obtained an interim stay order, the petitioner does not wish to press the present contempt petition, which has become infructuous and is not maintainable at this stage.

3. The petitioner therefore respectfully prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased

to permit the withdrawal of the present contempt petition in the interest of justice and equity.”

He reiterates the prayer for withdrawing the contempt

petition.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition is dismissed

as withdrawn.

Pending IAs if any, shall stand disposed of.
