This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 30.11.2020 passed in W.P.No.203613/2019, wherein the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Bidar was directed to consider the representation of the petitioner / complainant within an outer limit of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order, for consideration of his grievance regarding the claim made to award the compensation insofar as trees situated in the scheduled property.

“The respondent No.4 is filing herewith the copy of the order releasing the funds a sum Rs.7,27,564.00 dated 13.06.2025. The copy of the above said order is produced herewith, the same may pending with you and they made as part of the record.
