Learned Additional Government Advocate is directed

to take notice for respondents No.1 to 3.

2. Petitioner being aggrieved by non-compliance of

the order dated 26.03.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.202304/2023, has preferred this petition

to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondents /

accused Nos.1 and 2.

The order of the learned Single Judge reads as

under:

“i. The writ petition is allowed.

¶43

ii. Annexure – C stands quashed and the matter is remitted to the Tahsildar for holding an enquiry after notifying the petitioners and then pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.”

The learned Single Judge has not specified any

time limit to conduct enquiry by the Tahsildar. Hence, at this stage it cannot be said that there is any act of contempt committed by the respondents / accused Nos.1 and 2.

Learned Additional Government Advocate would

submit that if enquiry is not already conducted as directed by this Court, same will be conducted within a reasonable

time.

directed to communicate this order to respondents No.1 and 2 forthwith.
