This contempt proceedings has been initiated against the accused for willful disobedience of the order dated 9-6-2023 passed in Writ Petition No.1430 of 2023 (KLR-RR/SUR), wherein liberty has been reserved to the complainant/petitioner to submit a fresh representation to accused No.5/respondent No.4 with all relevant particulars and on receipt of such representation, accused No.5 was directed to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of three months.

Sri C.R. Bhaskar, learned counsel for the complainant, is absent and there is no representation on behalf of the complainant either physically or through video-conferencing.

Learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for accused Nos.1 to 5 and submits that she has filed a compliance Affidavit of Sri Shivakumar Kasnoor, Tahasildar, Nanjangud Taluk, Nanjangudu, Mysuru District, stating that as per MR T 36/2023-24 dated 16-5-2024, khata was effected in the name of the complainant based on the registered Sale Deed, after following due procedure in accordance with law and
