This Contempt of Court Case is initiated against the disobedience of the order dated 30.03.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.6970/2017 whereby it was directed to the Deputy Commissioner to consider the petitioner's application in Form No.53 submitted on 17.12.1998 i.e., in Annexure-B to the writ petition, as per the procedure prescribed under 1966 Rules and to pass appropriate order in accordance with law.

Learned Additional Government Advocate has filed the compliance affidavit dated 12.03.2025 along with the endorsement. We have perused the endorsement. The same depicts that based on the order passed by the Deputy Commissioner, an endorsement was issued by the Tahasildar.
