The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of an order dated 3.9.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.19578/2024 (KLR-RR/SUR).

In terms of the said order, the accused were directed to consider the complainant's representation dated 12.2.2024 (Annexure-F to the writ petition) and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the accused has filed a compliance affidavit enclosing therewith an endorsement dated 12.9.2025, whereby the complainant's representation has been considered.
