This contempt petition is filed alleging wilful

disobedience to the order of the learned Single Judge dated 04.09.2023 passed in W.P. No.109805/2015. During the pendency of this proceeding, the respondent No.6-State has filed appeal in W.A.No.100357/2025. In the said proceedings, this Court passed the following order:

<Issue notice to the respondents on I.A.No.3/2025 as well as on the main appeal.

Matter requires consideration.

The respondents shall not precipitate the matter during the pendency of the appeal.=

In view of the aforesaid order, we are of the view
