Learned Government Advocate has filed compliance

affidavit of the Deputy Commissioner, Dharwad, enclosing copy of endorsement dated 06.06.2025 given to the petitioner.

Learned Government Advocate submits that the petitioners/ complainants contend that they have worked as contractual employees during the COVID-19 period and

they are seeking regularization of their services. The direction issued by the learned Single Judge is to consider the representations and to pass orders within a period of two months. Accordingly the representations of the petitioners have been considered and an endorsement has been issued on 06.06.2025 declining the prayer made by
