This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 26.11.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in WP.No.106535/2024. The operative portion of the order of the learned Single Judge reads as under:

“i. This petition is allowed.

ii. A writ of mandamus is issued directing the respondent No.2 to consider the legal notice dated 17.10.2016 and reminder dated 16.09.2021 and pass suitable orders.
