ORDER
The case of the petitioner is that she has been allotted a site by the BDA bearing No.753, 6th Block, Sri. M. Visvesvaraya layout, Bengalru-560056 and a Lease Cum Sale Agreement has been executed in her favour by the BDA and she has been put in possession of the property. She has utilized the property in accordance with law and after the lapse of the time limit prescribed in the Lease Cum Sale Agreement, she made a request to the BDA to execute absolute sale deed and in this regard, the representations dated 09.07.2020 and 22.03.2022 have been given to the BDA and inspite of it, her request has not been considered sofar and hence, the present writ petition is filed.

ORDER
The respondents - BDA is directed to consider the
case of the petitioner in accordance with law and take appropriate action regarding execution of sale the deed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
