"A perusal at the order sheet would indicate that the petitioner has been absent throughout. On 31.5.2022 the petitioner was not present. On 10.10.2022, the petitioner was not present. The matter was directed to be listed on 11.10.2022. The matter not having reached, then is listed today i.e., 14.10.2022.
Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
As a last chance, list this matter on 21.10.2022. In the event the petitioner would not appear, the matter would be dismissed for its non-prosecution".
14.06.2024 and today. There has been no representation
on behalf of the petitioner on all these days. Clearly
