The case of the petitioner is that she is the owner of 4 acres of land in Sy.No.351 of T.Bettahalli Village, Talakadu Hobli, T.Narasipura Taluk, Mysuru District and that she has requested phodi and durasthi to be conducted in respect of her land concerned. However, as the same has not been done so far, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents upon instructions submits that the request of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law and appropriate orders will be passed. Hence, the following:

i. Respondent Nos.6 and 7 are directed to consider the request of the petitioner for conduct of phodi and durasthi on seniority basis and do the needful within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
