AGA for respondents 1 to 6 and counsel for respondent No.7 jointly submits that as of today, the liquor shop has been shifted to other place. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in the captioned Writ Petition.
AGA further submits that a memo has been filed furnishing the certified copy of the CL-9 License, wherein the shop has already been shifted to other place. Counsel therefore, submits that the same may be placed on record an appropriate order may be passed.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that a suitable order may be passed.
The oral submission made by counsel for the respective parties and the memo along with certified copy of the CL-9 License is placed on record.
