THIS PETITION IS FIELD UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, PRAYING TO DIRECTIONS TO R1 AND 2 TO CONSIDER AND DISPOSE OF THE REPRESENTATION GIVEN BY THE PETITIONER, VIDE ANNEXURE-A DATED 26/08/2023.

In this petition, the petitioner seeks following relief:

Issue a Writ of Mandamus or directions to Respondents No.1 and 2 to consider and dispose of the representation given by the petitioner, vide Annexure-A dated 26.08.2023.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that the petitioner and his wife were thrown out of their own house by their children, and they had made representations to Respondents No.1 and 2 to give protection as per the order dated 28.03.2023 passed under Rule 9 of Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 in view of the inaction on the part of the respondents pursuant thereto, the

petitioner is before this Court by way of this writ petition.

Per contra, learned counsel for respondents No.1

and 2 would submit that respondents would consider the representation of the petitioner and take appropriate action, within a reasonable time.

the present petition stands disposed of directing respondents No.1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner at Annexure-A dated 26.08.2023 and
