“Wherefore, it is prayed that the honourable court may be pleased to i) issue a writ of mandamus directing the 1st Respondent to permit the petitioner to join the 2nd respondent institution.
ii) Issue any other writ, order of direction as the honourable court deems fit.”
holding that the regularization of the admission of the petitioners in the said college was impermissible. However, direction was issued to the University to ensure transfer of the petitioners to colleges possessing the required recognized and regularize their admission in those colleges. The said orders having been passed on 05.10.2012, the petitioner vide his letter dated 01.02.2022 addressed to the Registrar Evaluation of the University to implement the aforesaid order, same not having been done the petitioner is before this Court seeking for the aforesaid reliefs.
