the internal arrangement made by BESCOM was without prior approval from respondent No.2 – KPTCL, however, the General Manager (A & HR), BESCOM taking cognizance of the transfer order passed by respondent No.2 on 15.03.2024 thereby transferring respondent No.3 to the present place has withdrawn deputation order passed by BESCOM under impugned order dated 16.03.2024 as per Annexure-D. The petitioner has not assailed the order of transfer issued by respondent No.2 thereby transferring respondent No.3 to the present place.

even on the ground that the Authority i.e., General Manager (A & HR), BESCOM, who has withdrawn deputation order, is not a party to the captioned writ petition. The writ petition has to fail even on the ground that Transfer Order issued by respondent No.2 transferring respondent No.3 to the present place is not assailed by the petitioner till this date. If at the request of petitioner, respondent No.2 has transferred petitioner to the Ramanagara Circle, the petitioner has no locus to challenge withdrawal of deputation order without questioning transfer of respondent No.3 to the present place.
