respondents would submit that under impugned order at Annexure-C, petitioner was placed under suspension pending enquiry. It was submitted, during pendency of this writ petition, order of suspension was revoked on 11.07.2014. Subsequently, petitioner retired from service, thereby rendering writ petition infructuous.
