No.8(a), which was sought to be introduced by way of an amendment, the petitioner wanted to bring on record the subsequent events that have taken place after the institution of the dispute in I.D.No.03/2017. It is the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that an order is passed by this Court in WP.No.42050/2018 which is filed by the respondents challenging the interim order passed in I.D.No.03/2017. In the said writ petition, this Court directed the present respondents who are the petitioners in this writ petition to reinstate the present petitioner, who was respondent in that writ petition, as employer had undertaken to reinstate. It is the contention of the petitioner that despite the undertaking given by the present respondents, the petitioner is not reinstated to the place where she was working earlier.
