Interim order granted earlier is extended till the next date of hearing. “
Further, on 11.07.2022, this coordinate Bench of this Court had passed the following order:
“At request, a week’s time is granted to take
appropriate steps in respect of service of notice to respondent No.3.”
Again, on 09-01-2023, the following order is passed:
“Finally, a week’s time is granted to do the needful.”
