ORDER
In this petition, petitioner seeks the following reliefs:
“(i) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents more particularly respondent No.2 and 4 to release the amount of Rs.27,01,340/- (Twenty seven lakhs one thousand three hundred forty rupees only) towards supply order dated 26.06.2008 which is due in favour of the petitioner.
(ii) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent No.4 to consider the representation dated 27.11.2023 produced at Annexure – D and release the admitted amount towards supply order in favour of the petitioner.
(iii) Issue any such other reliefs / orders as this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case and for cost, in the interest of justice and equity.”
