Learned counsel appearing for the parties have filed
a joint memo dated 13.08.2024, which reads as under:
The Petitioner and the Respondent No.1 & 2 above named submits that the above matter has been settled among the Petitioner & Respondent 1 & 2. Under the settlement the Respondent 1 & 2 are paying a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- to the Petitioner towards full and final settlement of all claims of the Petitioner and the Petitioner, has agreed to the said proposal. The Petitioner on this day has received a sum of Rs.5,00,000/(Rupees Five lakhs) by way of a Demand Draft No.684435, dated:08/08/2024, drawn on Bank of Baroda, Hosahalli, Vijayanagar, Bengaluru,
towards full and final settlement all forms of claims against the Respondents. Both the parties to this petition, pray that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to dispose of the above petition as settled in terms of the Memo, in the interest of justice and equity.
