In this petition, petitioner has sought for the following reliefs:-
“ a) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other order directing the Respondent No.2 consider the representation of the petitioner dated: 12.02.2024 (Annexure-A) and direct the respondent No.2 to issue water and sewage connection as prayed for in the representation dated: 12.02.2024.
b) Pass any other relief/s or Orders as deems fit in the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity.”
