This writ petition is filed under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to consider the representation filed by the petitioner, dated 17.10.2013

vide Annexure-C.

The petitioner is the owner of the property bearing V.P.Katha No.65, Assessment No.70, property No.71 of Kadirenhalli Village, Uttarahalli Hobli, Bangalore South Taluk. After the said property fell within the jurisdiction of the Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike (for short, ‘BBMP’), the petitioner given a representation dated 17.10.2013 vide Annexure-C for issuance of ‘A’ khatha. Since the said representation has not been considered by the respondent – BBMP, the petitioner is before this Court.

When the petitioner submits a representation vide Annexure-C, it is the duty of the respondent – BBMP to consider the same and communicate its decision to the petitioner. Since the representation has not been
