This petition is filed challenging the notice dated 24.02.2020 issued by respondent No.1 calling upon the petitioners to execute a bond for Rs.1,00,000/- with one solvent surety for a period of one year.

This Court was inclined to grant an interim order of stay on 13.10.2020 staying all further proceedings thereof. 3. Therefore, the relief sought in this petition does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, petition stands disposed of by observing that the impugned notice * cannot be given effect to.
