The petitioner asserts that he is the owner of the land bearing Sy.No.31/2, measuring about 26 guntas, situated at Gollahalli Village, Jigani Hobli, Anekal Taluk, Bengaluru District. The respondent installed the High Tension Power Line( Power Gridge Line) and a Tower on the subject land and therefore, submitted a representation with the respondent for awarding just and proper compensation. The petitioner hereby submits that the representation submitted is not considered as of today without any valid reason.

Admittedly, a transmission line and a tower have been installed on the subject land. And therefore, the respondent is under obligation to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner and the said representation cannot be kept pending on the premise that there is a counterclaim made by another person.

Therefore, it is expedite to dispose of the petition, directing the respondent to consider the representation dated 06.03.2023 submitted by the petitioner at Annexure-E and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
