ORDER
The captioned petition is filed assailing the impugned seniority list published in 2016 as per Annexure-A.
Learned counsel for respondent No.3 has placed on record the fresh seniority list published by respondent No.3.
In the light of fresh seniority list published by respondent No.3, the relief sought in the captioned petition does not survive for consideration.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner as well as the contesting respondent to file objections if they are aggrieved by the fresh seniority list published by respondent No.3.
