The petitioner has developed a residential
layout in different survey numbers of Kattugollahalli Village, Bidarahalli Hobli, Bengaluru East Taluk [ the subject property ] along with others who are interested

in these properties. The petitioner asserts that the provisional approval and the final approval by the local Planning Authority [ Hoskote Planning Authority ] are in the years 2016 to 2021 respectively.
Sri G.V.Sudhakar, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the third respondent, despite the final approval which includes release of the sites for sale, has not considered the petitioner's request for the revenue entries and the petitioner is constrained to file repeated representations for the revenue entries [e -Katha ]. Sri M. Pradeep, the learned counsel for the second and third respondents, submits that he is instructed by the third respondent that the petitioner's representation for the revenue entries [ e-Katha ] for the sites in terms of the final approval by the Planning Authority will be considered within eight [8] weeks.

In the light of these submissions, the petition stands disposed of directing the third respondent to communicate the decision on extending revenue entries [ e-Katha ] for the sites approved by the local planning authority within a period of eight [8] weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, and the petitioner is reserved with liberty to file a certified copy with the third respondent within four
[4] weeks from the date of receipt of thereof.
