Heard the learned counsel Sri.Kiran J., appearing for the petitioner, Smt.Navyashekar, the learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent Nos.1 and 3 and the learned counsel Sri.H.K.Vasanth, appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 4.

The petitioner is before this Court seeking a direction by issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 30.01.2023, in which the petitioner has sought NOC to construct the building in the Coastal Regulation Zone II of the scheduled property.
