Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite

having initiated proceedings under Section 45-A of the Karnataka Stamp Act, 1957, as long back as in the year 2012, the respondents have not concluded the said proceedings even till today and as such, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition pointing out that the repeated representation of the petitioner in this regard has not been complied with by the respondents.

Learned AGA for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is granted, the 1^st respondent would take necessary steps to commence and conclude the proceedings under Section 45-A of the Karnataka Stamp Act in relation to the sale deed dated 21.07.2012 in accordance with law. The said submission is placed on record.
