Again on 24.09.2024, as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and directed the matter to be listed for ‘dismissal’ on 25.09.2024.
Today when the matter came up there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter.
