ORAL ORDER
The petitioner has challenged an order dated 02.09.2012 passed by respondent No.1 by which his claim for regularization of his service was rejected. The petitioner has also sought for a writ in the nature of Mandamus to direct respondent No.2 to regularize his service from the date of his entry into service. He has also sought for a direction to respondent No.2 to pay consequential benefits on regularizing his service from the date of his entry into service.
enclosing therewith a copy of the resignation letter submitted by the petitioner, which was accepted by respondent No.3. He therefore, submits that this writ petition has become infructuous.
