The petition is filed by the member of respondent

No.5-Co-operative society. It is stated that the term of respondent No.5-Co-operative society will come to an end on 24.02.2024.

The petition is filed on the premise that the

respondents have not taken effective steps to hold the election before the expiry of the term of respondent No.5-

Co-operative society.

Notice is issued to the respondents.

No.1 to 4 would submit that steps will be taken to hold the elections to the Board of respondent No.5-Co-operative

society in accordance with the applicable Rules.
