ORDER

Aggrieved by the order passed in I.A.No.II in Crl.Misc.182/2023 by the I Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Tumakuru, whereby the husband was directed to pay interim maintenance of an amount of Rs.4,000/- per month to the wife and an amount of Rs.2,000/- per month each to the children, the husband is before this Court.

When the matter came up on 05.03.2024, this Court had granted interim order on the condition that the petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs.36,000/- towards arrears and shall continue to pay maintenance of an amount of Rs.6,000/per month to the wife and children by 5^th of every succeeding month.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that in

spite of the order passed by this Court, no amounts are paid by the husband.

In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to

continue the interim order and the same is liable to be vacated. Even on merits also this court finds no reasons to entertain the petition.

Both the learned counsels submits that they are

interested for a mediation. Accordingly, the following:

i. The writ petition is dismissed .

ii. The parties are at liberty to appear before the Mediation Centre, Tumkur on 09.07.2024.
