ORDER
In the light of the order dated 12.09.2017, the petitioner has not taken any steps to array the beneficiaries as respondents to the proceedings, and in their absence, the relief sought for in this petition cannot be granted.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
