ORDER
The captioned petition is filed questioning the impugned transfer notification dated 15.07.2017 vide Annexure-C.
Petitioner admittedly is the Principal and the tenure for Group ‘A’ cadre is four years. This Court was not inclined to grant any interim order. The impugned transfer notification is of the year 2017.
Therefore, writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
