This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a mandamus to

issue direction to the respondent No.4 to consider the representation vide Annexure-M, wherein the petitioner has requested to issue E-Katha in his name.

The respondents have not passed any order on the representation submitted by the petitioner for issuance of E-Katha. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.4 appearing through Video Conferencing, submitted that if reasonable time is granted to respondent No.4 then Annexure-M would be considered in accordance with law and appropriate order would be passed.

Placing the submission of learned counsel for the respondent No.4 on record, the Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.

The respondent No.4 is directed to consider the representation vide Annexure-M within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
