In this writ petition, the grievance of the petitioners is with regard to dropping of the acquisition proceedings initiated in respect of the subject land

bearing Sy No. 49/3, measuring 01 acre, 20 guntas in Kodigehalli Village, Yashwantpur Hobli, Bangalore North Taluk and with regard to same, the petitioners have made representation vide Annexure-K, dated 25.11.2009 and same is pending consideration before the respondent-authorities.

Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, I am of the view that, it is open for the petitioners to make one more representation, seeking such relief from the respondent Nos.2 and 3 and if such representation is made within an outer limit of

two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, same shall be considered by the respondent Nos.2 and 3 within a period of three months thereafter, in the light of the order dated 22.02.2024 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A No.1783 of 2014 and connected appeals
