Though matter called twice, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, either personally or through video conferencing.
Smt.H.R.Renuka., learned counsel for respondent No.1 and Sri.K.P.Yoganna., learned AGA for respondents 2 and 3 have appeared in person.
As could be seen from the petition papers, the petition is filed in the year 2015. Now we have almost completed six months in the year 2024. The petition is pending for almost nine years.
As already noted above, though matter called twice, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, either personally or through video conferencing. It appears that the

petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
