The petitioner submits that Koragakallu Sri Swamy Koragajja Seva Trust is a Trust that follows the beliefs and practices of the devotees of Swamy Koragajja. One such practice includes the performance of the Dompadabali ritual, Daivanarthana, and Annasantharpana. The petitioner apprehends that, at the instance of certain individuals, the respondents are likely to interfere with the Trust’s activities and its ability to carry out these religious practices. In this regard, the petitioner has submitted representations to respondent Nos.1 to 3, seeking protection to carry out such practices without any interference. However, the petitioner’s grievance is that the said representations have not been considered to date.

Learned Additional Government Advocate, upon receiving instructions, submits that the representations submitted by the petitioner will be duly considered in accordance with law.

In view of the above, it is expedient to dispose of the petition by directing respondent Nos.1 to 3 to consider the petitioner’s representations dated 06.12.2024 at Annexures ‘A’ to ‘C’ and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law on or before 02.01.2025.
