ORDER
The case of the petitioner is that about 30 guntas of land in Survey No.2/2 of Ganakallu Village, Kengeri Hobli, Bengaluru South Taluk, belonging to his family is acquired in spite of the same being already developed. In this regard W.P.No.4617/2003 and W.P.No.20483/2014 were filed and as per the orders passed in the said writ petitions, the respondentBangalore Development Authority (BDA) after conducting spot inspection was required to pass appropriate orders and the same has not been done.
