Learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents would point out that pending this writ petition, where the recruitment notification dated 17.10.2015 is the subject matter, the respondents have filled up the post under two separate notifications by following the reservation roster. If respondent has filled up the vacant posts by way of fresh notification, which is not challenged before this Court, the impugned notification, which is the subject matter of the captioned writ petition, has lost its relevancy, and the writ petition has become infructuous.
